You can easily get your coaching via mineBook website. Simply choose the version that suits you best and follow the booking instructions. If you are unsure or have any questions, I will be happy to help you. Please send me an email to hello@karolampka.com and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

I work in advance, so you can easily pay online by card, Klarna, G Pay or PayPal. If you would like to pay by bank transfer, please send me an email with an appointment request. You will then receive an invoice. As soon as this has been paid, the appointment is firmly booked. 

Naturally! You can cancel or rebook your coaching free of charge up to 24 hours before it begins. But remember, last-minute changes could incur a fee. If you have to cancel at short notice, please contact me directly by email and we will discuss the case individually and find a solution. If you get sick, it will happen and I will be happy to refund your money or we will find an alternative date. 

If you're spontaneous, you can book online coaching up to 24 hours in advance if appointments are available. If it's urgent, just send me an email!

No problem, but let me know quickly! Repeated last-minute cancellations could result in a full fee, but I'm usually super flexible.

The coaching at your location, e.g. at home, in the office or on a walk (within Berlin) is also paid in advance. However, you first choose a preferred date and we will then have a short telephone conversation. If everything fits, you will receive a payment link from me and you can pay conveniently online in advance. If you are not convinced, all you have to do is say so and the requested appointment will be canceled free of charge after our phone call. 

You will probably be able to come to my practice in 10777 Berlin from August 2024. Prior appointments are possible upon request.

If you are interested in a specific work, you can also make me an individual offer. In the past, customers have written me beautiful texts explaining why a particular image appeals to them. In this case, if you can convince me, I would be happy to negotiate the price with you.

As soon as we agree, we will arrange an appointment for a viewing and you can pay conveniently online or in cash on site. You will also receive an invoice and a certificate of authenticity that your work of art is unique. Basically a certificate.
